Also known as the Bhutan Fish Tail palm, these come from the Eastern Himalayan foothills of Sikkim, India, and apparently grow at elevations up to 2500 meters. Should be very cold hardy, more so than Arenga engleri. Nice silver backs of the leaves. I'm looking foward to getting some size on this one. |
