1-key Baroque Flute fingerings, according to Jaques-Martin Hotteterre.

This fingering chart is useful for early flutes from around 1690 to 1720 or so, such as the 3-piece French flutes in use at the time. The chart is derived from Hotteterre's Principles of the Flute, Recorder and Oboe.

The format here is a little bit strange, but it adheres to the way Hotteterre laid out the fingering chart in his book; sharp notes in the ascending semitone scale, and flats in the descending semitone scale. Note that some fingerings for the same natural notes are slightly different in the two scales.
